Paste your guest list, choose tent or flat cards, and print place cards that are ready to cut and fold. Every name is sized to fit its card automatically, so long names never run off the edge.

Tent cards or flat cards?

Tent cards fold in half and stand on their own. The name prints on both halves, with the top half upside down, so once the card is folded, guests on both sides of the table can read it. Fold along the dotted line, with the printing facing out.

Flat cards lie on a plate or napkin, slip into a card holder, or attach to a favor. Cut along the dashed lines.

Card sizes

• Standard 3.5 × 2 in: the classic place card size. A folded tent card is 3.5 × 4 inches before folding. Four tent cards or ten flat cards fit on each page.
• Large quarter-sheet: four tent cards or eight flat cards on each page. Each card is 4.25 × 2.75 in on US Letter, or 105 × 74 mm on A4. This size is easier to read across a long table.

Cards print at their exact physical size. Choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog. “Fit to page” shrinks the cards.

Adding many guests at once

Paste a column straight from a spreadsheet or your RSVP list, one name per line. To show a table number, add it after a vertical bar, like Ava Smith | Table 3. The optional event line, such as “Emma & Liam · June 12, 2027”, prints on every card.

Designs

Pick a classic double border, delicate wedding corners, holiday stars or birthday confetti, or no decoration at all. Then choose a lettering style and a color that matches your table settings. Every design was drawn for this site and stays clear of the fold line.

Printing and folding tips

• Use card stock (65-110 lb / 176-300 gsm) so tent cards stand up well.
• Print one test page on plain paper and check the fold before you print the whole batch.
• Score the fold line with a ruler and an empty ballpoint pen, then fold.
• A paper trimmer gives straighter edges than scissors.

How many names can I print?

Up to 300 in one batch. The generator adds as many pages as it needs.

Are guest names uploaded?

No. Your guest list is processed in your browser and isn’t sent to this website.
