Six certificate types

Each type comes with its own title and award wording, and you can rewrite any of it in the Custom wording section.

Writing award wording

Keep the wording specific and short. One sentence about what the person did is more meaningful than a long paragraph. For example:

• “for reading 50 books during the summer reading challenge”
• “in appreciation of 10 years of dedicated volunteer service”
• “for completing 24 hours of first-aid and CPR training”

A whole class or team at once

Type or paste one name per line, up to 100, and every name gets its own certificate in a single PDF. Long names are resized automatically to fit on one line.

Borders, colors and layout

Choose a classic double line, ornate gold corners, modern bands or a gold frame with a seal. Every border was designed for this site. Pick landscape or portrait, a serif or sans-serif style, and an accent color to match your school, club or company. Add the date and one or two signature lines with names and titles.

Printing tips

• Print on white or ivory card stock or parchment paper for a premium feel.
• Choose US Letter or A4 and print at Actual size / 100%.
• Sign in blue or black ink after printing, and consider a certificate folder for presentations.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add my own logo?

Not in this version. Use an accent color and the organization line to match your branding.

Are names uploaded?

No. Certificates are created in your browser and the names aren’t sent to this website.
